I can't imagine going through the home-buying process with any other agent. Dakota was knowledgeable in many areas of concern regarding the variety of homes we toured. He helped us dodge more than one bullet, and helped us tailor our searching to a situation that would be advantageous to us. He was highly available at all hours that we ended up needing, and on time to appointments. I also appreciated that his communication skills are strong; he responds quickly and clearly and manages his availability to always be on time (he doesn't overbook himself). They created a calendar / list of things I would need to get done to ensure we closed on the home at the selected date. They helped with the transition process as well with setting up transfer of utility service, contractors to get any work done before moving in, and helping to get me insurance and mortgage at a lower rate than I was getting before! My first home buying experience was that much easier and smoother as I had someone to walk me through the entire process.
